Through Advocacy (at both local and central government level), Education and active support of our local members, the Grey Power Cambridge Association helps to protect the welfare and well being of over 50's in our community.

Grey Power Cambridge Inc. is your local Grey Power Association that together with some 74 other Grey Power Associations around the country (with a combined membership fluctuating up to 90,000 members) make up the Grey Power New Zealand Federation Incorporated. Together we represent the strongest advocacy group for New Zealanders over the age of 50 years.

The aging of New Zealand's population will see people spending up to a quarter of their lives in retirement and never before has there been so much insecurity over health, safety and the cost of living. It is becoming increasingly evident that people aged over 50 years need a united voice if their circumstances on reaching the age of retirement are not to be jeopardised.
